  1. Call the Police &/or Civil Defense (Fire Brigade)
  2. Contact us to report the incident and speak to our Claims Department personnel
  3. Report the incident in writing by a fax or letter to our Claims Department.
  4. Cooperate with our representatives (in-house &/or independent loss adjusters) who may be appointed to investigate survey and assess the loss/damage. Provide all information &/or details &/or documentation required by them.
  1. Completed Claim Form giving all information and details correctly
  2. Original Fire Brigade &/or Police Report
  3. Photographs of the damaged property
  4. Original Repair &/or Replacement invoices(costs subject to prior approval by our representatives)
Escape of water, bursting &/or overflowing of tanks, pipes or apparatus

Storm or Flood

  1. Take immediate first aid measures to mitigate the damage.
  2. Inform the landlord &/or maintenance compan
  3. Contact us to report the incident and speak to our Claims Department personnel
  4. Report the incident in writing by a fax or letter to our Claims Department
  5. Cooperate with our representatives (in-house &/or independent loss adjusters) who may be appointed to investigate survey and assess the loss/damage. Provide all information &/or details &/or documentation required by them.
  1. Completed Claim Form giving all information and details correctly
  2. Photographs of the damaged property
  3. Original Repair &/or Replacement invoices(costs subject to prior approval by our representatives)

Accidental Loss or Damage & Other Perils covered

  2. Contact us to report the incident and speak to our Claims Department personnel
  3. Report the incident in writing by a fax or letter to our Claims Department
