PREMIER MOTOR CLAIMS





In the event of a motor claim, the customer can intimate a claim according to the following steps.

  1. Customer has to submit the following documents

    • Approved police report.

    • Copy of Insurance certificate or Insurance policy for the insured vehicle.

    • Copy of valid driving license for the insured blamed party.

    • Copy of ownership book and road permit for the non-blamed party.


  2. Bring the vehicle to the designated office location for survey (vehicle is drivable), or deliver to a workshop at the nominated workshop (vehicle is not drivable).

    If you are not able to assess the damage we recommend not driving the vehicle. You should arrange to tow your vehicle to the workshop. Please note that the insurance policy does not cover the consequential damage arising out of driving a vehicle following an accident.

When the above steps are completed to, we will follow through by taking our survey, assigning the proper workshop for repair, issuing repair order, delivery of vehicle after repair, receiving repair invoices with supporting documents, matching with repair order details, issuing credit note for settlement.
