Baggage Lost,
Damaged, Stolen, Destroyed,Delayed

- Notify the airline office &/or representatives.
- Contact our Administrator NEURON LLC, available day &
night on Ph. + 9714 3290515 & +97150 5519102

- Completed Claim Form giving all information and details
correctly
- Police Report, Airline’s Irregularity Report whichever
is applicable.
- Copies of airline tickets or proof of travel.
- Copies of baggage tag stubs
- Copies of any correspondence with the airline/agents
- List of items lost with proof of values (original invoices/receipts).
If damaged, repair estimates. If not repairable, original
receipts or invoices.
- Original receipts or invoices for emergency purchase of
essential items of clothing and requisites in the event
of delayed baggage.

Trip Cancellation or Curtailment
|
- Cancellation – Notify IMMEDIATELY the Tour Operator
or Travel Agent (or the Accommodation and Transport providers
in respect of journeys not arranged via a Tour Operator
or Travel Agent)
- Curtailment – Notification must be given to the
Assistance Company, Cega International (Ph. +44 124 362
1597) prior to the Insured Person arranging to return from
the journey.

- Completed Claim Form giving all information and details
correctly.
- Airline’s irregularity or incident report as applicable
- Original unused tickets, vouchers &/or documentation
applicable to amounts claimed for.
- Proof of reason for the claim – Death Certificates
or Medical Reports as applicable.

Expenses Personal Accident
|
- Seek immediate medical assistance.
- Contact the Assistance Company, Cega International (Ph.
+44 124 362 1597) immediately.
|
- Completed Claim Form giving all information and details
correctly.
- Proof of travel
- Medical or death certificates as applicable
- Medical invoices, receipts.
- Documentation for repatriation, burial, cremation expenses
as applicable.
- Police report & detailed medical reports on permanent
disability in case of Personal Accident claims.
